These terms apply to your use of this website and to any hosting, domain, SSL or related service you purchase through our storefront at cp.pironi.net.
All orders, payments, invoicing and account management take place on our storefront at cp.pironi.net, operated on infrastructure provided by our hosting partner. Prices, available payment methods (including iDEAL and credit card) and billing cycles are displayed there at the time of purchase.
Your use of the Services is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms and sets out permitted and prohibited uses, compliance with applicable laws and sanctions, and our monitoring and enforcement rights.
Hosting, domain and SSL services are typically activated automatically shortly after payment is confirmed. In rare cases manual activation may be required; if so, we will contact you without unreasonable delay.
Subscriptions run for the agreed billing period (monthly or annually) and renew automatically unless cancelled in time. You can cancel by contacting info@pironi.net, or through your account on cp.pironi.net, with one month's notice before the renewal date.
As a consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because hosting, domain and SSL services are digital services activated immediately after payment, this right of withdrawal ends once the service has been delivered, provided you have expressly agreed to this and acknowledged the loss of your right of withdrawal during checkout. Domain name registrations, once submitted to the relevant registry (for example SIDN for .nl domains), cannot be reversed — please check spelling carefully before ordering.
Pironi aims for high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service in the preceding 3 months, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Roosendaal, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
