We process data based on the performance of a contract (your order) and legal obligations, including the 7-year statutory retention period for invoice data in the Netherlands. Account data is kept for as long as you remain a customer, unless you request deletion and no legal retention duty prevents it.

Data processing agreements are in place with these parties in line with the GDPR — accepted directly with Mollie and Stripe as part of their standard terms of service, and confirmed separately with our hosting infrastructure partner.
